Terms and Conditions

Sheep Don’t Lie · last updated 4 October 2026

These terms apply to Sheep Don’t Lie, made by Sergey Kalaus, on every platform: the web version at sheep.kalaus.me and the apps for Windows, macOS and iOS. By playing the game you accept them.

Using the game

You may play the game for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or modify the game or its content, or present it as your own.

App stores

If you got the game from the Apple App Store or the Microsoft Store, that store’s terms also apply — for the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If those terms and these differ, the store’s terms take precedence for that copy.

Ownership

The game, its story, text, photographs, video, voice recordings and code belong to Sergey Kalaus. The game also includes third-party fonts, icons and sound effects used under their own licences: fonts and icons; the sound effects come from freesound.org under the CC0 public-domain dedication.

Fiction

The story is fiction. Its characters and events are invented, and any resemblance to real people is coincidental. It deals with a crime that involves sleeping pills and gambling debt; nothing in it is advice of any kind.

No warranty

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or available at all times, or that saved games will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy

The game collects no personal data. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new date. Questions: [email protected].
