Sheep Don’t Lie

Something not working, or a question about the game? Write to [email protected] — we answer every message, usually within a few days.

When you write

Tell us which version you play (web, Windows, Mac, iPhone or iPad), your device and system version, and what happened — a screenshot helps a lot.

I’m stuck

Press Hint at any time: it tells you what to do next and points at the right place. The Case file keeps your journal, the evidence and everyone involved.

My progress is gone

The game saves automatically, but only on your device. Deleting the app, or clearing this site’s data in your browser, also deletes the save. Saves do not move between devices.

No sound on iPhone or iPad

The game follows the ring/silent switch: in silent mode it stays quiet. Turn silent mode off, and check the volumes under Settings.

Videos don’t play on Windows

When Windows animations are turned off, the game skips its short scene videos. Turn them on in Settings → Accessibility → Visual effects → Animation effects.

Changing the language

Open Settings from the title screen or the pause menu and choose a language.

Refunds

Purchases from the App Store or the Microsoft Store are handled by the store: request a refund through Apple or Microsoft.
